Accessibility Statement

NeoCocoa Confections wants everyone to be able to browse our confections and place an order on our website, including people with disabilities. We’re working to make neococoa.com easier to use for everyone.

Our goal

We aim for the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is an ongoing effort and we haven’t yet reached that goal on every page.

What we’re doing

  • Writing descriptive text alternatives for our product photos
  • Providing a “skip to content” link and keyboard-friendly navigation
  • Reviewing our pages using both automated tools and manual checks, including keyboard-only use.
  • Fixing issues as we find them and reviewing the site again when we make significant changes

Known limitations

Some parts of the site may not yet work as well as we’d like. We know about the following:

  • Our checkout is provided by Shopify. We don’t fully control the accessibility of those pages, though we’ll work with the providers where we can.
